About this role
We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the development and maintenance of Prescryptive's enterprise data warehouse and machine learning capabilities that power our disruption of the $550B prescription drug market. You will build a robust, scalable data platform enabling data-driven decision-making while ensuring strict healthcare data privacy compliance. Your dual mandate includes managing our Machine Learning priorities to develop and deploy models that enhance our product offerings and transform customer experiences.
What you will doData Warehouse Leadership
• Build and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions that process millions of healthcare transactions with 99.9% reliability• Design and implement ETL processes integrating diverse healthcare and financial data sources• Ensure all data systems adhere to HIPAA regulations and implement robust data security measures• Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
Machine Learning Direction
• Drive development and deployment of ML models that optimize drug pricing, enhance patient engagement, and improve marketplace efficiency• Oversee implementation of ML infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring• Guide data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques• Translate business requirements into ML solutions with measurable outcomes
Program Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and SMEs to define the strategic data roadmap• Partner with product team to define features and establish clear completion criteria for each iteration• Assist feature teams in defining user stories and acceptance criteria that trace back to product roadmap• Collaborate with engineering leads to estimate effort required for implementation, considering development time, complexity, and potential risks• Work closely with data teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage project dependencies• Perform technical feasibility analysis for proposed features• Proactively identify and remove roadblocks impeding team progress• Monitor progress and provide timely updates to senior leadership• Resolve issues promptly and escalate as needed to maintain program momentum• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture and governance
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with product teams to align data initiatives with business objectives• Work with data engineers, architects, scientists, and analysts to gather requirements• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of data warehouse development and maintenance processes• Provide transparent progress updates to senior leadership with quantifiable metrics• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, applying lessons from each iteration• Encourage knowledge sharing across teams to build organizational capabilities
What you will bringTechnical Requirements
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Apache NiFi, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory)• Knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery)• Understanding of ML algorithms, frameworks, and deployment practices• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
QualificationsRequired
• 10+ years of Technical Program Management focused on data warehousing or data management• Proven experience with machine learning projects and initiatives• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related engineering field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
• 8+ years in software development engineering roles• Experience with data lake implementations• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, NCPDP)• Experience in healthcare technology environments

The projected annual salary for this position is $148k to $205k.
