POSITION SUMMARY
The US PR Team Lead will lead the PR Team to drive regional growth by guiding and assisting team members in fulfilling their roles and facilitating impactful influencer collaborations to directly increase company revenue, while developing and executing regional growth strategies in partnership with the US PR Manager.IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR US PR TEAM LEAD:-You will lead and mentor the US PR Team with proactive and accountable leadership behavior while working alongside the US PR Manager to drive US sales growth via influencer collabs, ensuring regional PR targets are met/exceeded.-You will provide quality assurance and support to the US team in the form of regular training, monitoring platforms for optimizational updates and assisting the team to adapt to changes or policies.-You will meet or exceed monthly individual ROI & revenue targets as outlined by the US PR Manager the month prior and manage and work with the US PR Team to execute relevant targeted campaigns from end-to-end-You will assist with specialized US PR/Marketing campaign macros, contracts, and rollouts for the US PR team as briefed by the US PR Manager.-You will lead reporting on targeted PR campaigns, ensuring insights are completed by all PR Team Members by set deadlines to align with monthly report sends.-You will attend any off-site PR events as required.-Assist with onboarding and training new PR Team Members.COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-Bachelor’s degree preferred -5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or public relations with a proven track record of leading/empowering teams-Proficiency in G-Suite and social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok) required-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment-Positive, optimistic attitude towards problem-solvingSALARY BANDING: 90-100kApply for this job
