Summary of Position:
As a Senior Art Director at NVE, you’ll bring expertise in generating big, buzzworthy ideas and crafting visual narratives that captivate audiences and elevate brand experiences. In this role, you’ll lead art direction across a variety of projects and pitches, and mentor junior art directors to deliver innovative and impactful creative work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute big, bold, breakthrough ideas for brand experiences and campaigns
- Help lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original and innovative ideas
- Partner with the design team to shape the visual expression of ideas, while leading art direction to bring those concepts to life
- Collaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to bring the ideas to life
- Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Help oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality output for every deliverable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, accounts, production, content and PR, to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Support creative leadership in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high creative standards
- Review work from less experienced team members and provide clear and actionable feedback
- Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and inclusivity within the design team
Key Skills/Requirements:
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative concepts and visual styles – ideally some work that has won awards
- You embody NVE’s behaviors – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizens
- You have exceptional concepting, design and presentation skills and enviable experience putting them to work for big brands
- You are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamwork
Location:
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The ideal candidate is located in any of these locations, however, we will consider US based remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation:
[$95,000.00 - $125,000.00]
This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
