Driven by this genuine care, we redefine expectations by delivering the improbable when you need us most.Job TitlePartner Success RepresentativeJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We are looking for candidates to grow our Business Development & Marketing team in Calgary, AB. As a Partner Success Representative your primary role is to promote the Optiom brand by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B partners.

This includes promoting our products, conducting regular product training presentations, and growing sales through partner channels. As a front-line member of our dynamic sales organization, you are always required to conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner.What will you do?

  • Engage existing partners to sell Optiom’s products effectively & confidently to the front-end consumer.
  • Set goals & develop plans for business/revenue growth across Canada.
  • Research, plan & implement strategic initiatives (as directed by the National Partner Success Manager).
  • Support the development of product training presentations & LMS modules for existing B2B partners.
  • Arrange regular visits & meetings with existing B2B partners promoting Optiom’s products.
  • Provide feedback from market on product interest or concern.
  • Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions and competitor products and market activities/penetration.
  • Maintain efficient records of all marketing activity via our CRM.
  • Attend regular industry events & conferences.
  • Analyze sales and training reports & adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement new product changes seamless within Optiom’s large partner network.
  • Set goals & develop plans for national business/revenue growth with current partners.
  • Help generate confidence amongst partners to sell product.
  • Create excitement through sales contests & events.

What do you need to succeed?

  • General Level 1 or 2 Insurance License preferred.
  • 2 years of proven working experience as a business development or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Software.
  • Previous customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales industry experience an asset.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication/negotiation skills.
  • Strategic & creative mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management & planning skills.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial & hands-on approach.
