While our Operations & Engineering headquarters is located in Mountain View, CA, this role can be located anywhere in the United States with flexible remote, on-site, or hybrid options available. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional eager to rapidly grow their career in a lean, dynamic startup environment.Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll play a vital role in planning, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment, directly influencing VergeSense's global operational success. This role provides visibility across the company, empowering you to build cross-functional expertise and establish yourself as a key contributor with clear pathways for career advancement.

What You'll Do:


Planning & Inventory Management•Drive VergeSense’s monthly planning process and generate accurate supply and demand plans•Provide suppliers with timely purchasing forecasts•Manage inventory levels to meet delivery timelines for finished goods•Coordinate timely delivery of materials to manufacturing partners to meet production schedules•Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Product Management, and FinanceFulfillment•Oversee sales order fulfillment using our ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring customer requirements are precisely met•Effectively leverage ERP tools to manage the order fulfillment cycle•Coordinate closely with the Installation, Business Systems, and Logistics teamsProcurement•Issue and manage purchase orders to suppliers in alignment with inventory and customer delivery plans

What You'll Bring:


•2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, planning, procurement, or related roles•Exceptional analytical skills with strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data management•A passion for accuracy, details, and efficiencyBasic understanding of ERP systems and best practicesExcellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset•A proactive, growth-oriented attitude eager to learn and evolve with VergeSense
