FabFitFun is searching for an Assistant Digital Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team! Reporting to our Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising, this person will focus on maintaining digital assets and data for campaign rollouts for our e-commerce site.

This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA where we are operating from a hybrid model of 3 days a week in-office.
This role is not eligible for remote.What You’ll Do:
- Maintain site execution for a high-volume of replenishment SKUs across multiple campaigns ensuring data and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with Buying team on product description pages for replenishment SKUs
- Assist Associate Digital Merchandiser in seasonal chaining process with Engineering and Planning teams
- Provide up-to-date product and sale data for all pertinent parties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships cross-functionally including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering and Operations to successfully execute campaign projects
- Communicate with stakeholders to receive necessary information for campaigns and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Work with Site Merchandising team to refine to meet the demands of a dynamic business model
- Collaborate with Project Managers on timelines and work flows
- Update SOPs and facilitate roll outs cross-functionally
- Delegate tasks to off-shore support as necessary
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Digital/Social Media or related field
- 1+ years experience working in a fast-paced and creative e-commerce environment
- Moderate to high level skill with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to manage across multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to successfully foster effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships; comfortable and confident speaking up in a way that is positive, productive, and efficient
- Open to flexible working hours to support business needs; morning go-lives and some weekend support required
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
The expected hourly range for this position is $23-25/hr. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
