General Duties and Responsibilitiesa) Information technology services in facilities planning, operations and support.b) Storage systems analysis, design/test, and administration.c) Server system analysis, design/test, and administration.d) Network engineering and administration.e) User support planning, operations and administration.f) Support of databases, website/web application services.g) Supporting pre and final production readiness activities.h) Related IT systems functions.i) Cloud engineering, design/test and administration.Authentication Services Dutiesa.
Managing, maintaining and monitoring the infrastructure that supports user authentication;b. Creating and modifying scripts used to manage and report on domain;c. Supporting and troubleshooting user smart card authentication;d. Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains using standard Microsoft snap-ins such as Active Directory Users and Computers, Domains and Trusts, Sites and Services, andothers as necessary; ande. Overseeing Azure Cloud Tenant administration.Qualifications and Special Knowledge Requirementsa) Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business systems, management informationsystems, IT management, and/or other IT degree (engineering, math, and sciencerelated degrees are acceptable substitute degrees).b) Eight (8) years relevant experience.c) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate(MCSA) or equivalent highly preferred d) FAA Experience is preferred
