With a presence on over 3,500 campuses, Turning Point USA is the largest and fastest-growing youth organization in America.Job Description: The Development Database Intern is responsible for assisting in the fundraising department’s database team in the day-to-day integrity of our rapidly growing donor list, critical to the functioning and success of TPUSA’s donor relations efforts. Such tasks may include but are not limited to: data entry and hygiene, creating various donor correspondences, creating important tax documents, data uploads, and direct response premium fulfillment. Attention to detail is a must. There will be a high level of exposure to Development processes and donor related information, and therefore this position requires a high level of professionalism and absolute confidence at all times. The ideal candidate must fit the company and department culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

“WOW!” Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce, Virtuous, or other CRMs
- Experience with AirTable
- Previous involvement with TPUSA
- Past administration and events experience
- Past experience working in fast paced environments
- Experience with Anedot, DonorBox or other donation platforms
All internships are located at TPUSA Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. This is not a remote position. Interns are responsible for their own accommodations for the entirety of the internship as well as having a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable.
