ReturnLogic is in high-growth mode, and we need a goal-oriented, highly experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us capitalize on untapped opportunities. This role is strategic, not just transactional—you’ll be responsible for pipeline management, targeted outreach, and driving revenue growth. 
This part-time contract role is perfect for a seasoned BDR who wants flexibility without sacrificing impact. Lead lists are provided, and your focus will be high-value dials, emails, and relationship building. Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Engage outbound leads through strategic calls, emails, and social selling. 

  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-value meetings for our sales team. 

  • Work from curated lead lists—no guessing, just execution and optimization. 

  • Track and manage pipeline activity in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce). 

  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends, lead quality, and messaging improvements. 

  • Partner with sales leadership to fine-tune outreach strategies and drive measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Sales Professional: Minimum 2+ years in SaaS BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles. 

  • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.  

  • Strategic Thinker: Knows how to optimize outreach for conversion. 

  • Self-Starter: Works independently and is highly goal oriented.  

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs, sales tools, and prospecting techniques. 

  • B2B & Ecommerce Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with ecommerce, logistics, or SaaS sales.  

Rate:


  • $15 Hourly + Performance-Based Incentives
