Property Accountant: $80K - $85K

TGG Accounting has partnered with a real estate group in The Woodlands area that is seeking to add a Property Accountant to its established team.

Position Overview:

Full-cycle property accounting for commercial real estate properties
Reconciliation, AP/AR, financial reporting
Checking and approving account payable invoices
Yardi – daily account functions
Perform month-end close process (preparing account reconciliations, monthly financial statements for propertyportfolios, etc)
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Coordinate with external lenders for year-end audits

Must Have’s:

5-10 years of commercial property management accounting experience
A Degree in Accounting
Must have experience with Yardi or other industry-specific accounting software
Strong analytical/organizational skills.
