A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking IT Specialists and Engineers to join our proposed Infrastructure & Operations Services Support team. This position supports a federal client. Work on this contract is anticipated to begin August 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Infrastructure & Operations Services support team in various areas:
- Enterprise Operations Center monitoring and activities.
- Resource and project management.
- Account and access management.
- Business process management, including change and configuration management.
- Deployment management.
- Pre-production environment management activities.
- Endpoint management.
- Networks management and operations.
- Data Centers/Hosting operations.
Skills Required:
- Experience providing these services for clients with 35,000+ users.
- Experience tracking and resolving incidents via ticket queue (ServiceNow and JIRA preferred).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.
Skills Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance.
