About the role
Supademo is searching for a Founding Customer Success Manager — who will build and lead our customer success function from the ground up.As the very first Customer Success hire, the candidate will be responsible for establishing best practices and spearheading CS initiatives from scratch, all while helping onboard, maintain, and grow our 1000+ customers — who range from self-serve founders to Fortune 100 enterprises.This role is not a slow-paced, conventional corporate opportunity. For the right candidate, this role comes with an unparalleled opportunity to learn, grow, and impact across multiple business areas.You’ll be a critical cog in helping us scale to $5M ARR+
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and own all customer health metrics, proactively identifying at-risk accounts and opportunities for expansion
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with Supademo's product-led growth model
- Create scalable, repeatable onboarding processes for both self-serve and enterprise customers
- Continually track and improve onboarding, activation, and adoption-related metrics by collaborating with the growth team
- Build and iterate on customer success playbooks to ensure consistent value delivery across all segments
- Collaborate closely with product and growth to drive feature adoption and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular customer success reviews and QBRs for key accounts
- Own Supademo’s knowledge base, learning academy, and training collateral to support customer growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably a fast-growth startup
- Strong understanding of product-led growth strategies and best practices (we don’t have a sales team!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability (or willingness to learn) to wear multiple hats across different disciplines, across product, growth, sales
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing customer behavior and usage patterns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment with imperfect information
- Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action
