Our direct marketing services deliver results utilizing our in-house production, design capabilities, data and digital expertise, and fully integrated approach producing timely and cost-efficient direct mail packages for our worldwide clients.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our billing processes and manage accounts receivable.

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, improving cash flow, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities and Activities:


•Billing Management- Oversees the entire billing cycle, from pre-bills to final invoices.- Reviews and approves invoices for accuracy before sending to clients- Manages the transition of some billing processes to offshore teams.- Coordinates with customer service representatives and account executives to ensure timely submission of pre-bills- Resolves billing discrepancies and address client inquiries promptly•Accounts Receivable Management- Develops and implement effective strategies for collecting outstanding payments- Monitors accounts receivable aging reports and initiate collection efforts as needed- Establishes and maintains relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments- Coordinates with relationship managers for escalation of overdue accounts- Analyzes and reports on accounts receivable metrics and trends•Process Improvement- Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline billing and collections- Collaborates with IT and finance teams to enhance system integrations and reporting capabilities- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for billing and collections processes•Team Management- Supervises and trains billing and accounts receivable staff in various global regions- Assigns tasks and monitor team performance- Provides guidance and support to team members as needed•Reporting and Analysis- Prepares monthly reports on billing, collections, and accounts receivable performance- Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assists in month-end close processes and financial reporting•Client Relationship Management- Serves as the primary point of contact for billing and payment inquiries- Maintains professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely payments- Collaborates with account executives to resolve complex billing issues•Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.

QUALIFICATIONS


Education:


•Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Work Experience:


•5+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
