Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Coordination: Oversee daily operations related to asset integrity, ensuring all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pipelines, pressure vessels, and other critical equipment to prevent failures and extend asset life.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the integrity of assets.
- Data Analysis: Analyze inspection and maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on asset conditions, maintenance activities, and risk assessments.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and inspectors, ensuring they follow best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and safety departments to coordinate efforts and ensure comprehensive asset management.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in asset integrity management or a related role in the oil and gas industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in reliability and maintenance software, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of asset integrity principles, risk-based inspection (RBI), and industry standards.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve asset performance.
