Event intern

 We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Intern to join our Travel Edge team. This role will be responsible for supporting our advisor engagement & recognition program across our Travel Edge community within the luxury travel industry. From conferences and networking events to exclusive trips and virtual experiences, your support will be key in delivering exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the execution of communication for a variety of events, and high-end travel experiences. • Foster engagement and align with Travel Edge’s brand and community goals. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful event delivery. • Work with the engagement team to produce promotional materials, event communications, and content that drive registration and engagement. • Manage event registration, attendee tracking, and communication, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish. • Assist with post-event evaluations, gathering attendee feedback to continuously enhance future event strategies. • Learn about the travel industry, travel trends, innovative practices, and emerging technologies to elevate event offerings. Qualifications: • Exceptional attention to detail • The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products.  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.We are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
