This position is located within the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Manager of Sales (Dining SaaS). The Account Ambassador will provide and promote excellent customer service to our top enterprise customers.
This person will act as a liaison between the customer and all departments within 365 by helping to identify customer issues and ensuring resolutions are provided. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and attention to detail is essential. The Account Ambassador will also be tasked with full cycle sales responsibilities for Kafoodle/365 Kitchen Management in the US.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with several customers working closely with Account Manager(s) to provide world-class client service
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI goals
- Meet or exceed diversification goals (products, customers)
- Act as an internal advocate for the customer
- Secure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
- Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolutions
- Delegate customer inquiries and issues to specific departments
- Monitor cases and follow up on outstanding tickets
- Log all calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
- Use data to improve customer experience
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time
- Providing Demos for 365 Dining
- New business sales, from cold-calls and networking to demos, contract negotiations and closing for 365 Kitchen Management US. Experience with tenders and RFP’s a plus
- Identify opportunities and prepare and present dynamic business presentations and proposals
- Move deals through the pipeline all the way to close and fully document every step in our CRM (communication is key)
- Leverage personal and corporate social media activity
