Position Summary
As the TSG Administrative Assistant, we are seeking to hire a dynamic, friendly, energetic, detail oriented individual to join our office team and support data to day activities of the business. This role will be responsible for all TSG business licenses, engineering licenses and prequalification in all 52 states.
The Contribution: (Roles and Responsibilities)
- Keep business licenses up-to-date
- Ensure that all Professional Engineering licenses are kept up-to-date
- Assist TSG sales staff with getting Rekor’s products on the “Approved Product Lists”
- Prepare and submit prequalification applications and renewals
- Keep all log-in information current on State web-sites
- Assist TSG Management staff as necessary
Success will evidence itself in the following ways:
- No missed opportunities due to expired qualifications or licenses
- No missed opportunities due products not being on the “Approved Product Lists”
Ideal Profile:
A highly energetic and detail-oriented individual who is knowledgeable about “State” processes for licenses, and prequalification. You’re looking for a progressive, entrepreneurial, fast paced, vibrant, flexible working environment where you can pursue your career interests and achieve your full potential. You bring to the organization the following competencies:
- Education – Degree preferred or equivalent years of related experience
- Experience – 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Geo: Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, FL area
