We are currently seeking a highly motivated and competitive Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our company's success through exceptional affiliate marketing campaigns.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Affiliate/Partnership Marketing Manager at eLocal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing highly data-driven and analytical affiliate marketing campaigns that not only meet but exceed our performance objectives. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page development to optimize our affiliate strategies for maximum conversion rates. Your success in this role will be tied directly to the company's overall growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase Traffic and Sales: Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies, resulting in a significant increase in traffic and a notable boost in sales.• Secure Favorable Terms: Successfully manage relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating terms that lead to improved partnership profitability.• Expand Affiliate Network: Attract and onboard new affiliate partners, leading to growth in the affiliate network and increased account success. Experience in driving Pay Per Call campaigns is a plus.• Optimize Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, implementing data-driven optimizations that enhance campaign efficiency and increase ROI• Enhance Conversion Rates: Collaborate with the CRO team to improve landing pages, resulting in higher conversion rates.• Maintain Competitive Edge: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring eLocal remains competitive and achieves consistent growth in affiliate-driven revenue.
Qualifications:
• You are a driven marketer with a competitive spirit who thrives in a performance-based environment.• You have a proven history of successfully expanding affiliate programs to contribute over 20% of revenue.• Proven experience in affiliate marketing and managing affiliate programs. Experience in driving Pay Per Call campaigns is a plus.• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page development.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Office Commute Requirement:The successful candidate must be willing to travel to Philadelphia 1-2 times per quarter as part of the role, with the primary location being remote.
In addition they must be available for travel four to five times per year for Affiliate Marketing Conferences.
