Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Architecture:
- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop API-led connectivity solutions using System, Process, and Experience APIs.
- Lead API design and RAML/OpenAPI specifications to define reusable APIs.
- Design and optimize integration patterns (e.g., event-driven, batch, real-time, pub-sub).
2. Development & Implementation:
- Develop MuleSoft applications using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
- Implement custom policies, security mechanisms, and logging frameworks.
- Integrate with cloud and on-premise systems (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).
- Optimize and fine-tune DataWeave transformations for high-performance processing.
3. API Management & Governance:
- Configure and manage Anypoint API Manager for security, throttling, and rate limiting.
- Define and enforce best practices for API governance across teams.
- Ensure proper versioning and lifecycle management of APIs.
4. DevOps & CI/CD:
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment using GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Manage MuleSoft application deployment across CloudHub, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Set up automated testing using MUnit and ensure error-handling best practices.
5. Performance Tuning & Monitoring:
- Optimize MuleSoft applications for high performance and low latency.
- Set up Anypoint Monitoring & Alerts for real-time tracking and troubleshooting.
- Conduct load testing and performance tuning.
6. Technical Leadership & Mentoring:
- Guide junior developers on best practices, troubleshooting, and development standards.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
7. Documentation & Stakeholder Communication:
- Create technical design documents (TDDs), integration specifications, and API documentation.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical recommendations to optimize integration strategies.
8. Security & Compliance:
- Implement OAuth, JWT, SAML, and API Gateway security policies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, and other security standards.

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience with CRM and ERPs like Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite and Oracle are highly regarded.
- developer certifications in Mulesoft
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in other integration tools like Boomi, Workato and Snaplogic
