Job Description:
IncWorx is looking for a passionate Microsoft 365 Support Technician to join our talented dynamic team. If you have a fantastic attitude, are open to learning, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office, and Copilot.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Support end-users with technical issues and provide training as needed.
- Participation in migration projects and activities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT solutions.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing and implementing Microsoft 365 products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- A fantastic positive attitude and openness to learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
