Here’s what we’re up to: https://bit.ly/4fyXonBOur Sales Development Representatives will be challenged to hunt food distributors/suppliers to drive long-lasting relationships that fuel our growth and bring Choco to the next level.

What you will do


  • Engage with 30+ suppliers a day via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Prospect meetings through online channels with distributors, which can require multi-threading and engaging multiple contacts or C-suite levels.
  • Manage your regional distributor leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team to develop potential partnerships.
  • As a part of a Global SDR Team, collaborate, learn, and celebrate with others across multiple time zones and backgrounds.
  • Use Salesforce, Gong, cold calling, and marketing strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Implement MEDDICCC principles (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition, and Compelling Event) to enhance sales precision and outcomes.
  • 100% focused on lead generation via prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
  • Lead the SDR function ‘from the front’ by aspiring to be first on the leaderboard and setting the pace and tone for other SDRs.
  • Strong collaboration with AEs and Sales Managers to scale best practices and learnings, maximizing results.

The ideal candidate


  • 1+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, Sales) with a proven record of success.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Open and natural communicator who is comfortable articulating complex and diverse technical solutions to less tech-savvy external partners.
  • Sales mentality with experience leveraging partnerships to uncover referral opportunities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on finding solutions and executing.
  • Technical: Proficient in prospecting tools, multi-threading, qualifying leads, KPI tracking, AE preparation, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Functional: Persuasive communication, objection handling, inter-departmental collaborator.
