Job Summary
The Branch Director leads all aspects of sales pipeline development, capture planning, promotion efforts and proposal preparation. They set standards, define process, ensure staff are trained, and develop and execute on strategic plans to meet company revenue objectives. They work closely with leadership to build and communicate a brand that exemplifies the company’s mission and values.

Essential Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, analyze trends and determine the effectiveness of different strategies
- Create and communicate sales goals, analyze sales pipeline data, deliver consistent reporting on key KPIs
- Identify opportunities, assess environment, and devise and implement winning strategies oriented toward capturing a specific business opportunity
- Understand our clients’ businesses, priorities, pain points, competitive landscape, and definitions of success
- Facilitate, and lead where appropriate, an integrated team of branch leadership, account managers, marketing and business development professionals to expand RDI’s services at existing accounts and to new clients
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technical capabilities, process and current partnerships
