The Role


Simple Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and support customer project management practices, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on project execution, making it essential for the IT Project Manager to be both a strong communicator and an adaptable problem solver.Success in this role will require exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.

You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear, effective communication with customer stakeholders and STS team members.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and support customer project management practices, ensuring oversight, timely deliverables, and structured management support.
  • Drive project success by managing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets, while proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
  • Utilize industry-standard project management methodologies, including PMI, Agile, and Scrum, to guide teams toward efficiency and innovation.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills, adjusting strategies to navigate project challenges effectively.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work without compromising accuracy, performance, or attention to detail.
  • Showcase excellent time management and prioritization skills, handling multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset, staying engaged with industry trends, best practices, and innovative project management approaches.
  • Support cybersecurity and risk management compliance.
  • Deliver required project deliverables and artifacts in an accurate and timely manner.

Education & Experience


Required:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, MIS, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Current Public Trust Clearance
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget, demonstrating strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong oral and writing skills.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Ability to follow management direction.

Preferred Certifications


  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)
  • Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with relevant experience
