As our teams value the energy of in-person collaboration and the productivity of heads-down remote work, we ask our Robinauts to come into the office at least two days a week, so we can live by our customers’ experiences and address pain points to make our product even better.We’re looking for an inspiring Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. Please note that this role is required to be in our Boston office at least 3 times per week.

Why This Role Is Exciting:


  • Responsible for identifying key decision-makers and uncovering business opportunities within target accounts.
  • Tasked with building and managing a strong customer pipeline, focusing on both net-new accounts and existing Salesforce customers.
  • Engage prospects through personalized email campaigns, social selling, and cold calling, while effectively managing and converting inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and refine sales processes.
  • Expected to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for scheduling outbound meetings and driving pipeline growth.

  • Self-motivated and organized: You structure your day effectively and love achieving results.
  • Resilient: You handle challenges like cold calls and objections with confidence and determination.
  • Analytical: You make data-driven decisions and understand market trends.
  • Experienced: You have 6-12 months in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Tech-savvy and curious: You are eager to learn about technology, Big Data, and AI while building a career in tech sales.
