What you will be doing:
- Conduct market research on digital asset trends and analyse their implications for our insurance products.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, including business development, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Contribute to the crafting of the company’s overall strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives. This role may also involve contributing to various operational areas on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assist in client onboarding by processing business inquiries, performing KYC / AML checks and reviewing operational documents as part of the business development process.
- Be responsible for client record management by organizing and maintaining our internal systems and database.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded and a good team player; be able to multitask.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
