Description:

The Parts Administrator is responsible for managing service parts, including receiving, issuing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures that parts are efficiently organized and readily available to support repair and service operations. Additionally, the Parts Administrator provides general assistance to the department to support smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receives/ Ships Service Department parts
Maintains stock part inventory
Helps to manage RMA/ DOA part exchanges
Deploys parts to designated areas/people
Disposes of products vendors have deemed non-returnable
Maintains parts ticket queue
Manages stock and deployments

Additional Duties:

Assist with break/fix
Maintains a neat and orderly parts room

Minium Qualifications/ Technical and Education requirements:

High school Diploma or equivalent and some understanding of IT
