The ideal candidate for our Operations Manager must have exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service, verbal communication, and organizational skills; along with an inherent passion to educate and enrich the lives of others.Responsibilities for Operations Manager
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Manage staff scheduling and time cards
- Hire and train new employees
- Event organization
- Workflow optimization of clinic operations
- Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews
- Take Inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Ensure the facility and staff are following all protocols and regulations
- Client relations to maintain high satisfaction
- Help promote company digitally or within the community
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Clinics Manager
- Associates degree
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proficient in administrative tasks including computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for patients, staff, and vendors
- Excellent Written and spoken communication
- Evidence informed decision making using analytical methods
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to lead and motivate a team confidently
