Operations Enablement Specialist

CloudTrucks is looking for an Operations Enablement Specialist to support and empower our high-volume, fast-paced 100+ agent Operations team. This is a unique chance to contribute to a rapidly growing company and make a significant impact from the ground up.
In this role, you will work closely with the Ops team, contractors, and cross-functional partners to create and refine foundational processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional service to drivers as our business grows, directly impacting driver experience and retention. This is an opportunity to establish foundational systems and processes that will support our Operations team's expanding responsibilities.

What you’ll do


  • Content Creation and Refresh: Develop new content and update existing resources for the 100+ person team of Operations and Support agents, including Google Slides, videos, and Notion articles.
  • SOP Development: Update and create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Operations team in order to streamline processes and decision-making.
  • Ongoing Training: Facilitate live sessions to review new processes and refresh knowledge on existing processes. Create and implement a system of quizzes and exams to confirm understanding and adherence.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist teams with ongoing review of their work to identify room for improvement and help them hit key operational metrics.
  • Gap Analysis and Prioritization: Identify knowledge and process gaps, recommend and implement workflow changes, and collaborate with leadership to prioritize enablement needs.
  • Project Management: Use project management software like Notion to track new and existing requests, ensuring efficient reporting and updates to management.
  • Process & Program Design: Design and implement programs to foster continuous improvement.

Who you are


  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease - High attention to detail & superb organizational skills
  • A clear and effective verbal & written communicator - you are confident when communicating, presenting, and/or training
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity navigating ambiguity
  • Experience utilizing LMS systems to develop trainings for new and existing employees
  • Experience creating and implementing process documentation

What we are looking


  • Prior experience working in an operations/ ops enablement / learning and development / training role (2+ years preferred)
  • Experience with tools like GSuite, Notion, Loom, LMS systems
