Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers. Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low-incomes.
In order to maintain an affordable price point and our commitment to accessibility for all, we have built a vertically integrated business model, which allows us to walk our talk of developing quality, affordable productsfrom product inception, development, seed, farming, extraction, finished production formulation and packaging, and distribution. Cycling Frog is normalizing the consumption of casual use THC products. We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone’s lifestyle.
Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer.Mixer Operator verifies, inspects, prepares, measures, mixes and properly stores all WIP Product and raw materials, in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Record (BPR) instructions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuresformulations are completed safely, on schedule and to spec in a fast-paced environment.
- Assists with the Formulations optimization with R&D; of full scale and bench top level; in the production of proper manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to project-related activities (interpret results, provide critical assessment of data, and draw relevant conclusions.)
- Workincollaboration with all cross-functional groups to execute change controls associated with Manufacturing and Packaging master records, SOPs and protocols.
- Workincollaboration with QC, and Inventory Control groups; to ensure raw materials, WIP and finished product; maintains cGMP standards at all times.
- Completesall training requirements as needed. (in a timely manner)
- Maintainsthe organization and cleanliness of ALL work areas.
- Performsjobfunctions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Record (BPR) instructions.
- Responsible for performing additional job-related duties as assigned.
- PerformsEODprocess: checklist, cleaning, & storing process
- Performsback-up duties as necessary in regard to the formulations at the Portland Facility.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previousexperience in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or food processing industry is preferred
- Basiccomputer skills
- Ability to receive instruction, and follow and execute directions.
- Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors and/or inconsistencies while performing tasks.
- Self management skills
- Ability to work both as a part of a team as well as on your own
- Strongcritical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility with all work duties and hours
- Ability to push, pull or lift 50-75 lbs regularly multiple times a day.
