We’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive to drive revenue in our fast-paced SaaS startup. This full sales cycle involves both pipeline generation and closing deals, working with eCommerce brands to position our solution as a must-have. Ideal candidates thrive in a startup environment, take ownership of their sales process, and excel at consultative selling.
Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing. 

  • Generate pipeline through outbound efforts (cold calling, email, social selling, networking). 

  • Convert inbound leads efficiently and accelerate deal cycles. 

  • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and product demos. 

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers. 

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Exceed sales targets while staying ahead of eCommerce trends. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams for aligned growth strategies. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a startup.

  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales and pipeline generation.

  • Experience selling to eCommerce brands is a major plus. 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results. 

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

Work Location: This role is a remote position that must be located in one of the following states: CO, FL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, PA, & TX.Salary Range:$70,000 – $90,000 Base DOE + commissionWe know that equitable compensation is vital, so our compensation strategy balances security, excitement, and the realities of joining a start-up.The posted salary range reflects the base salary for this role and may change over time. Actual pay depends on experience, skills, location, market trends, and total compensation goals.This role offers an estimated OTE range of $105,000 to $125,000, inclusive of an annual commission of approximately $35,000 for meeting expected monthly targets.

However, commission at ReturnLogic is uncapped, meaning your actual earnings could be significantly higher.Benefits:
