Important: Please submit your resume in English only.This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Turkey who are eligible to work there.About this role:We're on the lookout for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, bringing your skills to the table as we navigate the everyday challenges of keeping our systems running smoothly.What you'll do:

  • Implement integrations requested by customers
  • Deploy new SaaS products, updates, and fixes.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Build tools to reduce the occurrences of errors and improve the customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Required skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with virtualization environments and/or cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with common DevOps toolkits and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with containers and microservice architecture.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to take on responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Ability to create and maintain outstanding partner relationships.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies.

  • Collaborative attitude, willingness to share and use best ideas.
  • Persistent, focused, and optimistic attitude.
  • Knowledge about Retail is a plus.
