Candidates with 6+ years of experience are eligible for in-office or hybrid schedules. Relocation subsidies available. Please note candidates must be able, willing and excited to travel.

Salary Range: $85k-$115kThe exact salary will vary based on years of experience and the level of proficiency in both hard and soft skills. It is uncommon for someone to be hired at the highest point of the salary range for their position. Job Description


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 


ALIS is seeking a passionate Product Marketing professional to establish ALIS as the premier assisted living solution. The ideal candidate will possess both strategic and tactical expertise and will play a pivotal role in developing the team's marketing process infrastructure and expanding the marketing team.

  • General Marketing Strategy and Execution 
  • Consult and collaborate with the leadership team on product marketing messaging and strategies.
  • Embracing the assisted living industry, getting up to speed on the market trends and using the information to help architect the integrated marketing strategy. 
  • Collaborate on digital and print advertising campaigns. 
  • Learn all about the ALIS software and its clients nationwide to help with marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in deciding yearly conferences and all aspects of executing on conference strategy.
  • Consult and assist in reviewing and evolving the company website (alongside the website’s technical team).
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Support internal marketing strategies to keep internal stakeholders informed on product updates and new offerings.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Help lead social media marketing strategy and efforts including:  maintaining a content calendar and creating content for sites including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Capterra, and G2. 
  • Monitor industry news and trends to help support social media posts
  • Track success with specified key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending strategies to increase reach, revenue and brand awareness.
  • Research, engage, and enlist vendors as needed to help execute on strategic plans when specialty skills are required. 

Qualifications


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience in product marketing for a SaaS company OR previous experience in the senior living industry
  • Proven track record collaborating with leadership on high level strategies 
  • Proven track record of successful execution of agree-upon strategies 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with outside vendors 
  • Strong experience with G-Suite, Office Suite, Excel and PDF
  • Exceptional communicator 
  • Impeccably organized / deadline oriented
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing. 
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Technically savvy – Google Calendar, excel, Monday.com or similar CRM
  • Humble – always willing to listen and learn from others
  • Positive and optimistic attitude 
  • Good at iterating on ideas 
  • Reliable
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Creative Curiosity – constantly looking to learn and evolve
  • Personal integrity / intellectual honesty

Bonus experience: 


  • Experience writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, email campaigns, marketing materials, social media, and similar platforms
  • Experience presenting content concepts and working with team on final deliverables for internal and external needs   
  • Experience with creating and tracking marketing analytics (e.g. Google Analytics and Ad words). 
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar products
  • Familiarity with review sites such as Capterra and G2

ALIS asks certain candidates for quick phone calls to gather additional information – these usually last about 5 minutes and are scheduled in advance and according to your schedule. Following a phone screen, candidates will be selected for an in-person interview (preferred) or a video interview. During the second round or third round review, candidates may be asked to complete a project or engage in a collaborative work session, any amount of project time over 2 hours will receive compensation.

Please note that ALIS will cover necessary expenses related to interview travel.
