- Order Fulfillment: Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging to ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
- Equipment Operations: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics coordinators, to achieve department goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping manifests using computerized systems or manual logs.

What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
