Landscaping Assistant
Griffin Brothers Companies is seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscaping Assistant to support the Lead Landscaper in maintaining the beauty of our properties in and around Charlotte, NC. What Will I Be Doing?
- Assisting the Lead Landscaper with mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
- Performing debris cleanup, including leaf blowing and removal of branches and other waste.
- Supporting planting, mulching, fertilizing, and pruning activities.
- Assisting with the maintenance and safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Participating in seasonal property cleanups, such as leaf removal and light snow clearing as required.
- Helping to ensure properties remain clean, attractive, and safe.
- Following directions from the Lead Landscaper and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Requirements
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
- A positive, can-do mindset and a willingness to take direction
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and practices at all times.
- Must be reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled work.
