Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical control system malfunctions in pump systems, electric motors, Single and 3 phase AC/DC motors & controls.
Analyze circuitry, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other control components to identify and resolve issues.
Install and set up new electrical control systems for motors and pumps.
Program and configure PLCs and VFDs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for electrical control systems.
Perform regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Provide technical support to customers regarding control system operation and troubleshooting.
Assist customers in optimizing the performance of their motor and pump systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards during installations and repairs.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting, programming along with preventative maintenance of electrical control systems.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting, maintaining pump and electrical motors.
