SemiTorr is a Subsidiary of FloWorks USA LP, which is a privately held company located in Pasadena, TX. As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations including receiving, unpacking, packing, storing, and shipping of inventory. - Following all applicable safety rules and procedures
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse for effective and efficient utilization of available
- warehouse space while also ensuring that all stock can be quickly and accurately retrieved to
- complete orders
- Performs routine shipping tasks, which include checking goods against shipping documents,
- validating quantities, part numbers, authorizations, and quality of product
- Packages product for shipment according to specifications, equipment characteristics, and
- transportation methods
- Prepares necessary shipping forms such as bills of lading, commercial invoice, and packing lists
- Responsible for inventory reconciliation, and accuracy
- Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move
- or reorganize product
- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with both internal
- and external customers, co-workers, supervisors, managers
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong inventory skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Experience with radio frequency (RF) scanners preferred
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Forklift certified or able to become forklift certified
- HS Diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
