How You Will Make an Impact

• Product Quality Coordinator will maintain, update, file, and organize approval process flow for internal materials, labels, inserts, and FDA Related Items ensuring all revisions are tracked, filed, and organizedeffectively.
• Product Quality Coordinator will maintain, update, file, organize, and track Label Library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Product Quality Coordinator will administer the Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Plan (CAPA) system, including tracking, documentation, and follow-up.
• Product Quality Coordinator will generate and maintain product documentation, specifications, memos, and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize product libraries and SOPs, ensuring easy access and version control.
• Product Quality Coordinator will document product releases in electronic systems (e.g., OneDrive) and physical binders.
• Manage Product Retains, including inventory management and proper storage.
• Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, and compliance with company standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• A high school diploma or equivalent diploma is required.
• 2-5 years’ experience within the dietary supplement industry and document control is
• preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR 110, 111, and 117
• Experience with Adobe Pro preferred.
• Experience interacting with third-party vendors is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
