Responsibilities:
  • Represents Hoover CS as the project manager and conducts regularly scheduled and recurring meetings with GBR site representatives to review activity and establish milestones.  Provides technical sales and operational support to customer stakeholders. 
  • Conducts quarterly business reviews at GBR to share data, provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.  
  • Maintains high visibility into unit status and operating parameters, adjusts project scope accordingly.  
  • Responsible for enforcing company polices, including enforcing all safety regulations and plant work policies. 
  • Responsible for departmental safety issues and leadership of departmental safety team.    
  • Recruit, qualify, manage, and develop operation and service teams. Initiates plans to motivate workers to achieve goals and targets. Responsible for training and evaluating subordinates to optimize performance, and for their personal and professional growth. 
  • As necessary: Performs activities of workers supervised.  
  • Ensures Hoover CS is within all environmental rules, permits and regulations required with our operations.
  • Suggests changes in working hours, conditions, and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew. 
  • Inspects products to verify conformance, directs setup and adjustments of machines.  
  • Supervises the maintenance of all the equipment and maintains the preventive maintenance program to always ensure safe operations. Ensures that repairs and maintenance on equipment is done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure daily JSEA’s are conducted daily and followed according. 
  • Establish or adjust work procedures as site conditions and/or policies change.
  • Communicate measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. 
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists field team in solving work problems.  
  • Maintains time and production records; setting and reporting KPI’s and managing staff to achieve them.
  • Consults with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. 
  • Identify and define new container business opportunities as well as manage the current bulk business activities
  • Completes projects and assignments per specified deadlines.  85000.00 To 125000.00 (USD) Annually
