The Task At Hand:


As the Brand Marketing Intern at Once Upon A Farm, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading children's nutrition brand, focused on driving systemic improvement in childhood nutrition for a healthier, happier, and more equitable world. This internship reports to the Brand Marketing Coordinator, Kid, and is a fully remote role, focused on supporting the Brand Marketing team. This position works collaboratively across the different marketing functions and the sales department to provide support in market research, consumer insights, go-to-market preparation, and general business administration.

In This Role, You Will Assist:


Market Research and Innovation Projects • Take part in competitive and new product research and analysis, staying informed with new CPG products and innovation in the natural food and kids’ food spaces.• Support the Consumer Insights Team in testing coordination and work directly with tasting panel and focus group participants when necessary.• Support Innovation and Commercialization Planner with the packaging process.• Use available information (customer, market, competitive) to identify opportunity areas and develop recommendations.• Conduct local store audits to report on pricing, shelving, distribution, and merchandising.Go-to-Market Preparation• Help coordinate marketing cross-functional meetings to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and general marketing reporting needs.• Conduct marketing messaging and creative audits and bring recommendations to the team.Business Development/Sales Support• Analyze and monitor the business performance of innovation items, creative campaigns, and marketing activations.• Work with the Sales Commercialization Coordinator to ensure new items are set up for launch (i.e.

IX-One, 1WS, Syndigo).• Manage and organize Dropbox files, assuring consistency across all channels and communications by ensuring the most up-to-date content is shared across the company.• Support sample and packaging coordination during new item sell-in and ad hoc requests from the team.• At the end of the internship, you’ll be asked to share a 5–10-minute presentation on one thing you worked on during your internship, what you learned, and how you hope to apply any learnings from your time here toward your future career.

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:


• Either a recent graduate of, or currently pursuing degrees in, Marketing, Business, or a related field.• No BA? No problem. 1-2 year(s) of professional experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field will also be considered.• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints and adapt to the unexpected.• Strong, proven analytical skills.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.• Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet.• Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment.• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, deeply understand business needs, develop a cohesive strategy, and make decisions requiring a high level of judgment.• Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred.• Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.• Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.• Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire to be considered for this position.

Compensation:


• This role pays $22.00 per hour.• This is a part-time, hourly internship, not to exceed 29 hours per week.• Estimated Duration: April 2025 – October 2025 (or 6 months after the date of hire).
