Rescale is expanding the modeling and simulation workflow by integrating data management and AI development into a single platform experience. We are accelerating engineering breakthroughs by delivering a multi-cloud platform that orchestrates modeling and simulation on top of the most common CAE software and latest coretypes available. We enable our customers to: 

  • Get products to market faster by replacing the bottleneck of fixed on-premise hardware with the unlimited and elastic capacity of the cloud, running the latest generation CPU and GPU hardware.
  • Full HPC technology stack automation, including lifecycle automation of simulation software & license management (catalog of 300+ ISV and open-source simulation tools), and an always current integration on the latest HPC infrastructures from all major cloud providers. 
  • Complete economic visibility, cost control, and optimization of HPC services across projects and teams running on multi-cloud infrastructures
  • We are looking for a Product leader with a background in Data management and AI workflows to build and mentor their team, while defining processes that will scale our business to the next level. They will deeply understand customer challenges and opportunities, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with engineering/go-to-market functions to not only deliver the product, but also work to ensure its commercial success. They have an eye for where the product needs to go, being intimate with key customer personas, and always optimizing between effort and impact.  And of course, fact and data-driven decision-making. 

    In this role, you will be responsible for the following:  


    • Build and mentor highly functioning product teams
    • Define product roadmaps across the Rescale platform, prioritizing capabilities and features that drive customer value and business growth.
    • Engage with customers to understand and empathize with their problems, lead and challenge their thinking, identify opportunities we should tackle together, and gather continuous feedback.
    • Define and scope iterations of new capabilities, creating user stories, and engaging with development and engineering to identify how we can deliver value quickly (e.g., with MVPs) and continuously improve capabilities..
    • Represent Rescale with analysts, press & media.
    • Be the CEO of your product area. This means identifying investment areas, and prioritizing use cases and product capabilities based on business impact. It also means owning the delivery, field enablement, customer understanding and commercial success of your product

    You might be a good fit for this role if you:


    • Self-starter. Able to operate in ambiguity, while adding structure as you move forward. 
    • Have an outcome-driven mindset. You start with the outcome and work backwards on what we need to accomplish to get there.
    • Are a highly structured problem solver and communicator.
    • Extensive experience in product management practices
    • 7-10+ years of experience in a product management, engineering or technology strategy role.
    • Have a Bachelor's degree with technical and/or business emphasis.
    • Proven leadership experience driving successful, high quality product delivery end to end.
    • Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

    Preferred Experience


    • Direct experience building products and services in one or more of the following areas:
    • Core compute, storage, and networking technologies. 
    • Cloud and SaaS technologies.
    • High Performance Computing and Simulation technologies.
    • Experienced directly collaborating with customers 
    • Demonstrated ability to ship a high-impact product
