has opportunities for full-time Production Assembly. Current hours are Monday – Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Located in Tempe, near University and AZ-143. Pay: Hourly, $18-20 per hour, DOEPerforms and completes assembly duties and responsibilities to produce a finished whole good by assembling parts and subassemblies of optical equipment for the military, law enforcement, and hunting communities.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Prepares work to be accomplished by following standard work instructions; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials

  • Positions parts in specified relationship to each other using general knowledge of product.

  • Glues, screws, clips or otherwise fastens parts together using a variety of small hand tools.

  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Maintains all equipment and tools in good working condition by performing daily pre-shift inspections.

  • Strives to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.

  • Continually seeks to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of product.

  • Ability to learn a variety of different assembly stations.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:


  • Ability to sustain a high level of physical activity related to repetitive motion, lifting and manual dexterity of equipment and products which weigh up to 10 lbs. 

  • Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions which call for multiple different actions based upon product/descriptions, product quantities, product sizes and similar information.

  • Good oral communication skills.

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.

  • Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining production time and quality.

  • Electronics and/or soldering capabilities a plus.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug test.

  • Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

  • Must be able to arrive at shift daily and on time.

  • You must be a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
