Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. As part of the Inside Sales team, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional service, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue through a consultative sales approach.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales: Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly, providing detailed information about our services.
  • Outbound Warm Calls: Reach out to potential customers, nurture relationships, and promote services, ensuring proper documentation of interactions.
  • Quoting and Agreement Management: Provide quotes for designated services, including Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, House Washing, and Groundworks, following company protocols.
  • Account Management: Input and manage sold agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Up-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Ownership: Maintain ownership of customer accounts for up to three months after initial contact, ensuring high-quality service and follow-through.
  • Collections: Assist with collecting payment for unpaid accounts when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a similar role or industry (home services, property management, or customer service).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
