About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SDR Team Lead to support and guide our team of Sales Development Representatives. The SDR Team Lead will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by coaching SDRs, refining outreach strategies, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong sales development experience, leadership potential, and a passion for helping teams succeed.

What You’ll Do


  • Coach and mentor a team of SDRs, helping them develop their sales skills and hit performance targets.
  • Support SDRs in executing outbound prospecting strategies and handling inbound leads effectively.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and actionable insights to improve results.
  • Assist in onboarding new SDRs, training them on best practices, tools, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation efforts and ensure quality pipeline growth.
  • Contribute to refining SDR processes, playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive insights to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Foster a positive and results-driven team culture, motivating SDRs to achieve their goals.

Who You Are


  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or outbound sales, with a strong track record of success and 1+ years of management experience.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching SDRs, even in an informal leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of sales prospecting techniques, lead generation strategies, and pipeline development.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
