As an Aesthetic Patient Coordinator at Next Health, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team.

Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Aesthetic Patient Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives. In this role, you will be responsible for:Deliver world-class customer service in all patient interactions, including rapport building.Proactively identify all patient medical needs through engaging conversation and service-related questioning.Check chart for GFE and appropriate consents, pull up previous treatment diagram (mostly for botox/Dysport).Take before and after photos.Clean treatment area and prep patient for aesthetic service including cleaning and prepping skin for injection (washing and applying cleaning solution).Set up the medical tray.Assist in treatment: mostly for laser treatments (BBL and MLP).If Phlebotomist: Perform venipuncture (blood draw) for PRP treatments and process blood.Schedule patients for services.Follow-up with patients who expressed interest in additional treatments and those that are past due for treatment.

In this role, you can expect to:Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to multiple executivesAnticipate and prioritize the needs of the executive teamManage and coordinate complex schedules and appointmentsHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrityCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAct as a liaison between executives and internal/external contactsAssist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials

What You'll Bring


We're looking for someone who has:AA/AS degree and/or Phlebotomy training, preferred.Knowledge of basic medical aesthetic terminology is strongly preferred.Minimal one year of medical record upkeep and maintenance.Minimal one-year scheduling patients and providing follow-up communication.Minimal one-year administrative support, preferably in the healthcare field.

Expected Compensation


The expected compensation for this position is $24 per hour, plus benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
