JOB OVERVIEW
Ensures the correct amount of quality inventory is physically & systemically moved in a safe manner. The position executes packaging of customer-sold products per documented work instructions, performs transactions of all inventory movements and safely transports inventory. Performs the cycle counting of inventory and supports the management & reconciliation of any count adjustments. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is based out of our San Diego office.
As the Warehouse Clerk, you will have an opportunity to:
- Receive material from our vendors physically & systemically in the NetSuite ERP program for all production, RMA and departmental purchase orders. Label all production shipments with Item Number, Description and Date Received. Move received inventory to an appropriate location for put away.
- Move all inventory as necessary for production and RMA work orders and for all inter-warehouse moves physically and in the NetSuite ERP program.
- Performs cycle counting of material per standard procedure. May assist with count reconciliation and re-counting as required.
- Packages all production, RMA and Marketing devices in preparation for shipment per all released work instructions. Ensure that all labels are on the packages per standard procedures.
- Other duties and tasks upon request from the Warehouse Supervisor.
You have the qualifications below that are necessary for someone to fill this position:
- High School education required.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience.
- Has extensive warehouse and ERP system knowledge & skills experience.
- Good interpersonal & team communication skills.
- Highly motivated, detailed, accurate and dependable to improve inventory control for the company. Able to work autonomously but may receive a moderate level of guidance.
- Uses prescribed guidelines & processes to solve and act upon material control requirement needs.
- Physical requirement: Able to lift and move 50 pounds and perform computer actions daily. Committed to all safety and ergonomic policies.

Pay Range:Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $26.00
