Your next role as a Miracle Maker


Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Commercial  team as a Quotation Coordinator I. As a Quotation Coordinator you will prepare quotes to support TriLink's customers and Business Development (BD) team. In this role you will collaborate closely with our Sales team, Alliance Managers, customers, and partners to provide pricing and quotation support that drives revenue growth. Additionally, you will play a key role in customer service excellence by managing inquiries, tracking quotes through our CRM (Salesforce), and supporting cross-functional teams in meeting business objectives.

How you will make an impact:


  • Generate, review, and manage customer quotations based on received instructions and internal pricing strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all quotations by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and quotation-related inquiries.
  • Track, log, and maintain quote records in CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring efficient data management.
  • Support revenue growth by aligning quoting strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer trends and pricing data to provide insights that drive sales strategy improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, and customers to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and process optimization initiatives to enhance quotation quality, response times and the customer experience.
  • Participate in customer calls to discuss quotes, clarify technical questions, and provide support.
  • Generate periodic reports and key performance metrics for leadership review.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline the quotation function and enhance efficiency.
  • Performs other functions and duties as required

The skills and experience that you will bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field with 2 years of experience with CRM systems; or equivalent years of experience required. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex pricing requests.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working proficiency in an additional language such as German or French is preferred but not required.

The anticipated base hourly salary range for this position is $28.35 - $33.50. In addition, highly competitive sales incentive plan participation, long-term incentives in the form of company equity and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
