Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focused on the lifestyle vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding lifestyle creators who align with Passes' mission and values. Lifestyle creators encompass individuals who produce content related to daily living, including fashion, beauty, health, wellness, travel, and home decor. Your goal will be to expand our network of creators and ensure they have the support they need to thrive on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Recruitment:
- Identify and engage with potential lifestyle creators who fit Passes' criteria and values.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top lifestyle creators.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
- Onboarding and Integration:
- Guide new creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Passes platform.
- Collaborate with the Creator Success and Creator Support teams to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.
- Provide ongoing support to new creators, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Regularly check in with creators to gather feedback and provide support.
- Work closely with internal teams to address any issues and ensure creator satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar role, preferably within the lifestyle vertical.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and the lifestyle industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
