The Role
Weâre looking for a Marketing Manager (3-5 years experience) to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that amplify Passesâ brand. If youâre a data-driven storyteller who knows how to launch campaigns, grow audiences, and build brand loyaltyâthis role is for you.
What Youâll Do
- Drive Campaigns & Strategy â Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate Passesâ presence.
- Brand Awareness & Growth â Develop strategies to attract and retain creators while positioning Passes as a leader in the space.
- Content & Messaging â Oversee marketing materials, email campaigns, and paid media to ensure strong, consistent branding.
- Stay Ahead of Trends â Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, creator culture shifts, and viral opportunities.
- Optimize & Measure â Track key marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

What You Bring

- Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
