Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Payroll service delivery - monthly/semi-monthly payroll delivery, lodgement management, advisory to employees on salary or tax matters
- Liaise/Coordinate with global payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll processing
- Ensure data accuracy in our HR system (Rippling)
- Assist with finance on payroll GL matters and related audit activities
- Work with the People Operations team on our global payroll transformation project
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in regional payroll and strong knowledge of local statutory requirements in the region.
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
