Yext’s GTM Strategy Team is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to directly support and optimize our EMEA region.  Here you will have a key role in guiding the day to day operations of the region and how we go to market, lead high visibility strategic initiatives, and act as a key member of the EMEA leadership team.  This role is deeply collaborative and cross functional, and is a critical piece of one of the largest growth areas in the company.

What You'll Do


  • Provide leadership and support in maintaining operational excellence within the region of EMEA, including adherence to the prescribed Operating Cadence, forecast and pipeline management diligence, and other key operational tasks
  • Iterate and improve on our forecasting process, how we predict usage, visualize/report, and communicate to the business
  • Develop strategy around defining and iterating on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the region, based on Yext product offerings, region specific GTM/selling motions, historical performance, and any other data points deemed to be relevant 
  • Lead regional element of annual planning process, including territory design, quota and capacity planning, account assignments, etc
  • Work with stakeholders to develop dashboarding and reporting strategy, and work with the Business Insights team to build and execute on that strategy
  • Represent the the EMEA region in strategic cross functional projects as necessary

What You Have


  • 7+ years of general experience in strategy/operations roles (Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, etc).  SaaS based experience in a publicly traded company strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in commonly used sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, etc), including basic admin and reporting
  • Experience in data analysis - deriving actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Moderate to advanced understanding of commercial principles (deal structuring, proposal management) and pricing & packaging
  • General understanding of finance and accounting principles preferred (GAAP, SOX, FASB/ASC 606, etc) 
  • Comfortable in project management, gathering and documenting business requirements, presenting findings to executive stakeholders of all levels
